Results came back from the biopsy as negative. That means the tissue sample they removed did not carry the virus. This is not to say that some other part of the heart may still have the virus, but this sample did not. The doctor said that it was a good sign, but that his heart is still not pumping the blood out to the body as well as it should be.
They are working to get his meds. working properly with his body. He is taking the medicine by mouth, so that when he is released from the hospital they know that his meds. are working properly. This takes some time with trial and error.
He has also been moved to another room (#3701). Still the same floor just a different change of scenery.
He has been going back and forth with his fluids, one day doing really well and the next it seems to come back this is part of that trial and error process. He continues to walk around the hospital each day and is still enjoying the showers. :)
